Terms and Conditions for Online Shopping

  • How to buy

    To place an order on our website, you just need to follow these steps:

    1. Choose the products

    - Search our catalog using the various categories and filters or through the advanced search and search features;
    - Choose the product you want to buy and click the “put in cart” button. If it is a product with several sizes, you should consult the sizes guide available in the product information and select the one you want to buy;
    - After placing the product in the cart, you can continue to buy or complete the order;
    - To complete the order, click on the icon with the cart in the upper right corner on the “Go to cart” button;
    - Check your order and adjust the quantity of each product you want to buy and click on the “continue order” button.


    2. Enter your details

    - If you have not logged into your account before this step, you will be asked to do so. If you don't have an account on our website, you need to register in order to proceed;
    - After logging in, you must select the delivery address from the list of addresses you indicated in your profile or add a new address;
    - If the billing address is the same as the delivery address, you must check this field;
    - If the billing address is different, you must fill in this information in the corresponding form;
    - Click on the “continue order” button.


    3. Complete the order

    - Select one of the available delivery methods. Only standard delivery modalities are free;
    - Select the payment method;
    - If you have any promotional voucher, you must enter it in this step in the respective field;
    - Click on the “continue order” button.
    - Confirm all information regarding your order (products, sizes, quantities, delivery address, billing address, delivery method, payment method, discounts applied);
    - If you need to add any additional information, you can do so in the “Remarks” field;
    - Read the General Sales Conditions and confirm that you accept these conditions by checking this field;
    - Click on the “complete order” button.
    - You will receive an email with the confirmation of your order.

  • Delivery Methods

    After placing your order and completing the respective payment, you will receive an email with confirmation of the shipment of the order and information about its delivery. The shipping company will send you information about the day and time of delivery by email.

    Deliveries of all products purchased on our website are subject to shipping charges. Please consult the FAQS area, “How much does it cost to deliver my order?”.

    If you paid by credit card or Paypal, the average delivery time is 2 working days after the Order Confirmation by the bank. If you have paid by ATM, the average delivery time is activated after the payment confirmation date, not after the order date (3 working days).

    When placing the order, you have the option of using the address you indicated in your account or adding an alternative address for each specific delivery, provided it is located in one of the countries to which we sell on our website (you can consult the list in the General Conditions of Sale. You also have the option of using different billing and delivery addresses. Important: Correctly fill in all the details of your address Street/Number Door/Floor, we only guarantee 1st extra delivery (Exmp: absence, incorrect address etc.) at no extra cost to 2nd delivery will have a new associated shipping cost.The customer will be contacted by e-mail, if he wishes to receive the order, an ATM reference will be sent to him in order to proceed with the payment of the amount in question.

    Information about the delivery of the order will be sent by email to the contacts you indicated in your account and there you will find all the information you need to monitor the delivery of your order.


  • Guarantee

    The warranty on our products is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

    The warranty documentation you received with the product does not need to be stamped. However, if you need to activate it, it must be completed and presented together with the proof of purchase.

    If the warranty conditions are met, you should contact us via email info@onewatchcompany.com.

    After the end of the warranty period, we continue to provide technical assistance. In this case, whenever the repair involves costs, it is only carried out after accepting the presented quote.

  • Payment methods

    VAT
    All values ​​indicated include VAT at the legal rate in force and represent the final price to be paid for the chosen item.


    Vouchers
    If you have a Voucher, you can use it as a means of payment by entering your code in the Use Voucher field on the payment page for your order. The difference will be deducted from the total amount. If the Voucher value is less than the total value of your order, you must also select one of the available payment methods.


    Payment options

    You can pay for your orders, safely, using one of the following payment methods:
    - Credit Card (EasyPay): Paying by Credit Card at www.onewatchcompany.com store is 100% secure. We use SSL encrypted communication, and we work with a real-time connection to banking systems (EasyPay).
    - Multibanco and MBWay (EasyPay): Payment by ATM and/or MBWay is simple and has no risk of fraudulent use of your card, One will never ask you for any personal financial information.

    Once the order has been confirmed, the Payment Data will be displayed on the screen, with reference to finalizing the order. Payment can be made at an ATM or at your bank's online service by choosing the option Payment for services and/or purchases.

    You must then enter the reference that was assigned to your purchase and that was also sent to you by email.

  • General Sales Conditions - Introduction

    The offer and sale of products via the website www.onewatchcompany.com are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Before making a purchase, you should carefully read these conditions. Completion of the purchase assumes full knowledge and express acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale set out below. After completing the online purchase process, you should print and retain these General Terms and Conditions of Sale for future reference.

    ONE Watch Company may update these General Terms of Sale at any time with or without notice. You must therefore review and accept them each time you wish to make a purchase from this website.

  • subjects

    These terms and conditions are agreed between Planet One, Relógios S.A., with registered address at Rua das Amoreiras, 56, R/Ch, 1250-024 Lisboa, tax number 506774287, with share capital of € 50,000, hereinafter referred to as "ONE Watch Company" and any person of legal age (18 years), natural, not a merchant, who wishes to make a purchase through the ONE Watch Company website (www.onewatchcompany.com), hereinafter referred to as the "Customer".

    By making a purchase via the ONE Watch Company website, the Customer warrants that he/she is of legal age (18 years) and has the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

    Purchases at the ONE Watch Company website by underage persons require the express permission of their parents or legal guardian.

  • Object

    These Terms of Sale relate to the sale of products through the e-commerce functionality made available on the ONE Watch Company website (www.onewatchcompany.com) and govern all the key stages and processes involved in making a purchase.


    These terms do not govern the provision of services or sale of products by parties other than ONE Watch Company, which may be present on the ONE Watch Company website through external links or banners.


    Products sold on this website can only be bought and delivered within the following countries: continental Portugal, Madeira, the Azores, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Spain, the United Kingdom... Purchases and deliveries to other countries will be automatically refused during the order process.

  • Order

    Products are sold to the Customer at the ONE Watch Company website upon identification of the Customer through registration and login, completion and submission of the online order form in accordance with the instructions provided and contextual acceptance of these General Terms of Sale, as well as the prices and description of the products involved in the transaction.

    Each sale made on the ONE Watch Company website may concern one or more products, without quantity limits for each item, except when explicitly mentioned in the product information (e.g. Limited Editions).

    It is prohibited for the Customer to provide false information in the registration process, sales process and in subsequent communications. ONE Watch Company reserves the right to take legal action over any violation or abuse, in the interest of and to protect all consumers.

    Acceptance of these Terms of Sale shall be deemed a release by ONE Watch Company from any liability related to the issue of incorrect tax documents resulting from errors in information provided by the Customer during the order process. The Customer is solely responsible for the correction of such data.

    The order form made available on the ONE Watch Company website includes:

    - Description, images, price and quantity of each product;
    - Means of payment that can be used;
    - Modalities of delivery of products purchased and shipping and delivery costs, where applicable;
    - Reference to the General Conditions of Sale that include the conditions to exercise the Right of Free Resolution;
    - Conditions of return and warranty of purchased products.

    Although ONE Watch Company at all times endeavours to ensure that the images of each product are faithful reproductions of the original, there may always be some variations resulting from the technical specificities and colour resolution characteristics of the equipment with which the Customer accesses the ONE Watch Company website. For this reason, ONE Watch Company is not responsible for any differences between the original product and its graphic representation available on this website, if resulting from such technical issues.

    Before completing the order process, the Customer must read and confirm full knowledge and acceptance of these General Terms of Sale, as well as the Privacy Policy.

    The completion of the order process takes place the moment ONE Watch Company receives the information from the online order form and after verifying the correctness of the data submitted.

    After completion of the order process, ONE Watch Company will start the product shipment process and send the Customer an Order Confirmation email which includes a summary of the information.

    ONE Watch Company may, before sending the Order Confirmation, request by email other information essential for order processing, payment and delivery.

    The ONE Watch Company reserves the right to cancel orders if it finds that there is no guarantee of payment or in situations where the order is placed by a Customer with whom there is an ongoing legal dispute relating to a previous order. This right also applies whenever the ONE Watch Company, with legitimate reasons, considers the Customer to be unreliable (e.g. Customer with a history of violation of these General Terms of Sale or involved in fraudulent activities of any kind).

    If, for any reason, an ordered product is not available, ONE Watch Company undertakes to inform the Customer and refund any amounts have been paid within 30 (thirty) days from the date of knowledge of such unavailability.

  • Shipping and Delivery

    All shipments include:

    - The product(s) ordered;
    - The bill of lading;
    - The invoice;
    - Other mandatory accompanying documentation depending on the country of shipment/delivery;
    - Information and/or promotional material.

    Unless specifically stated otherwise, delivery of all products purchased on the ONE Watch Company Website has associated shipping costs.

    The delivery of the order is made to the address indicated by the Customer (provided it is located in one of the countries ONE Watch Company sells to via its website).

    The system automatically takes the address that the Customer has indicated in his account. However, in the ordering process, the Customer can edit this address or add an alternative address for each specific delivery. It is important that you take special care when filling in this field to avoid delivery problems and consequently increased costs.

    The order will be delivered by Chronopost and/or CTT Expresso, shipping companies selected by ONE Watch Company.

    Information about the delivery of the order will be sent via email to the contacts indicated in the Customer's account. ONE Watch Company recommends that these contacts are always up to date at the moment of the order.

    It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that he is available on the delivery day of the order. After a delivery attempt, the products will be returned and you will be credited with a full refund of the purchase price. In this situation, if there is still interest in receiving the product, the Customer will have to place the order again on the ONE Watch Company website.

    ONE Watch Company reserves the right to split the delivery of the order, for example, but not limited to, if part of the order is delayed or unavailable. In such cases, the Customer will be informed to the email address he provided in the order process.

    On receipt of the order, the Customer must check the integrity of the packaging. If the Customer detects any anomalies, these must be recorded accurately and in detail by the shipping company and the delivery refused. Otherwise, the Customer will not be able to complain about this issue.

    The average delivery times are as follows:

    Mainland Portugal - Between 2-3 working days after dispatch**.
    Madeira and Azores - Between 10 and 15 working days after delivery**.
    Other Countries - Up to 30 days, after delivery**.
    ATTENTION - The delivery times are estimated, and are only considered valid when there are no physical or structural impediments (incorrect addresses or force majeure mishaps such as strikes, loss of connection, etc.).

    **Shipping after order processing time valid for working days. We do not process orders over the weekend and/or holidays.

    ONE Watch Company always endeavours to deliver in time. In case it is not possible to deliver the order within the estimated period, the maximum period for delivery will be 30 days.

    The deadlines mentioned in points 4.10. and 4.11. may change during periods of promotions, sales, Christmas or in case of stock rupture.

    ONE Watch Company is not liable for the breach, or delay in breach, of any obligation resulting from a force majeure event (an event, act or omission beyond its reasonable control).

  • Prices

    ONE Watch Company is the owner of all products offered for sale on its website until full payment has been received for the product(s) purchased by the Customer.


    Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on the ONE Watch Company website are in Euros and include VAT applicable at the date of invoice.


    The prices shown are only valid at the time of submitting the order form.


    Prices may be changed without any obligation to give prior notice. For this reason, the Customer should always check the final price of the order before submitting it.


    All products are shipped from Portugal. Unless specifically indicated otherwise, prices do not include possible costs for customs duties and respective taxes in cases where the shipment is made to countries outside the EU or to countries whose legislation provides for import expenses. These costs are the Customer's responsibility and must be paid directly upon delivery of the order, as indicated in the Order Confirmation.


    ONE Watch Company is not responsible for possible errors in the prices published on the website. In case there is any error in the prices shown on the website due to technical anomalies, this will be detected at the time of processing the order and the Customer will be contacted. If the actual price of the product is lower than the price displayed on the website, the difference will be refunded. If the actual price of the product is higher than the price displayed on the website, the Customer has the option to accept and pay the difference or cancel the order.

  • Right of free resolution

    In accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the Customer has the right to freely terminate this contract within 14 calendar days, without having to state any reason. The period for exercising the right of free termination ends 14 days from the day following the day on which the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer, other than the carrier, receives the order.


    To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must communicate his/her decision to withdraw from this contract to ONE Watch Company by sending a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). The statement should be sent to ONE Watch Company by post to Rua das Amoreiras, 56, R/Ch, 1250-024 Lisbon or by email to info@onewatchcompany.com.


    For the period of free withdrawal to be respected, it is sufficient that your communication regarding the exercise of the right of free withdrawal is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

    If the Customer decides to rescind the contract, he/she will have another 14 calendar days to return the product(s), observing the following conditions:

    - It must be complete, not in parts or components, even when part of a kit;
    - It must not have been used or damaged;
    - It must be sent in its original packaging;
    - It must be shipped in a single shipment. ONE Watch Company reserves the right not to accept products sent at different times.

    The Customer is only liable for depreciation of goods that results from handling in excess of what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and function of the product(s).

    When the purchase of a certain amount of products makes it possible to purchase at a lower price than the one practiced for the purchase of a single product (for example: "take 2, pay 1" modality), the right of free withdrawal may also be exercised on only some of the products purchased. In this case, the price for reimbursement will be recalculated, having as reference the price practiced for the purchase of a single product.

    In all other cases (e.g. combined sales), the right of withdrawal can only be exercised on the totality of the products purchased (example: "More for less: 1 Product = 30%, 2 Products = 50%, 3 Products =60%).


    ONE Watch Company will reimburse to you the payments you have made, including the costs of shipping (except additional costs which result from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard shipping method offered), without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the date of the communication of the decision to withdraw. Unless otherwise expressly agreed to by the Customer, refunds will be made by bank transfer to the IBAN indicated by the Customer, and the Customer will not incur any costs resulting from the refund.


    ONE Watch Company reserves the right to withhold the refund until receipt of the returned product(s) or until the Customer presents proof of shipment of the same, depending on which occurs first.

  • Warranty and After-Sales Assistance

    All products that ONE Watch Company offers on its website for sale are manufactured to high quality standards and, before leaving the factory, undergo rigorous testing. Because of this, ONE Watch Company ensures the quality and conformity of all its products.


    The ONE Watch Company product warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase and covers any malfunction resulting from manufacturing defect.


    Full terms of warranty are provided with each product purchased by the Customer.


    ONE Watch Company does not have customer service at its head office, therefore, in the event that the Customer discovers a malfunction due to manufacturing defect within the stipulated period, the Customer should go to an authorised retail outlet and ONE Watch Company will proceed to repair the malfunction free of charge or, if repair is not possible, replace the product with a similar or equally valuable product.     If the Customer needs any clarification should contact the ONE Watch Company through the email info@onewatchcompany.com.


    To activate the warranty, the Customer must present the completed warranty documentation that he/she received with the product as well as the proof of purchase.

    Once the warranty is activated, its validity period is not affected by possible repair or replacement.

    This guarantee is not valid in the following cases:

    - Use of non-original parts in the repair of the product;
    - Intervention of third parties other than those authorised by the ONE Watch Company (consult here the authorised points of sale);
    - Bracelet, batteries and glass;
    - Malfunction or damage due to normal wear and tear caused by use, accident, misuse or neglect in the care recommended by ONE Watch Company (e.g. wear of the bracelet, broken or scratched glass, broken crown);
    - Loss of stones or damage caused to clothing by watches with stones or crystals on the outside.


    After the expiry of the warranty period, ONE Watch Company may provide technical assistance. In this case, whenever the repair implies costs, it will only be carried out after the Customer has accepted the estimate.

    In order for the purchased product to work in perfect conditions, ONE Watch Company recommends the following specific precautions:

    - As the water resistance of watches differs depending on the model, you should always check this information on the case cover;
    - In order to use your watch correctly, you should check the table below for the different types of use supported in each water resistance category:


    Water resistance

    - The crown must be in its normal position, fastened, to ensure the advertised water resistance;
    - You should never set the watch or operate the buttons or rotating bezel while the watch is wet;
    - Whenever you change the battery of the watch, you should also change the seal of the cover to not compromise the watertightness of the watch;
    - If the watch has stones or crystals on the outside, you should take some additional care - avoid contact with water, perfumes or other substances that may interact with the materials - to prevent the stones or crystals from coming loose, becoming discolored or stained.

  • Customer communications

    The Customer acknowledges, accepts and authorises that all communications, notifications, statements, information, reports or any documentation of transactions made in connection with the purchase of products on the ONE Watch Company website will be sent to the email address that the Customer provided at the time of registration, with the ability to download the information on a durable medium, in the manner and within the limits set out in the Privacy Policy.

    Computerised records are stored securely on ONE Watch Company computer systems and are evidence of communications, orders and payments made between the parties.

  • Intellectual property

    The ONE Watch Company website and all elements, visual or audio, made available on it are protected by copyright and industrial property laws.


    No content provided on the ONE Watch Company website (for example, text, logos, images, sounds, videos) may be copied, reproduced or broadcast in whole or in part without the express permission of ONE Watch Company.


    Only printing and collecting information for personal use is permitted.


    The inclusion of hyperlinks to any page of this website on other websites is only permitted with the express permission of ONE Watch Company and in no way represents an implied affiliation or partnership agreement.


    All hyperlinks from external websites to the ONE Watch Company website using framing or in-line linking techniques are formally prohibited.


    Even with the permission of ONE Watch Company, any link must be removed at the request of ONE Watch Company.

  • Applicable Laws, Dispute Resolution and Competent Jurisdiction

    These terms and conditions are governed by Portuguese Law and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese Courts, or, alternatively, in the event of a dispute arising out of a complaint regarding a product purchased exclusively through the ONE Watch Company website, the Customer may submit his/her complaint to the Online Dispute Resolution Platform.
  • Modification and Update

    Any updates made to these General Terms of Sale will be detailed on this website and may be made at any time, with or without notice.


    The Customer must therefore read and accept these conditions each time he/she intends to make a purchase at the ONE Watch Company website.
