BUY 2 RINGS & GET 2 FREE DEALThe campaign is valid on items marked with the “4 = 2” label and is subject to stock availability. It is valid on the official ONE online store, as well as in ONE stores located in Oeiras Parque, NorteShopping, Braga Parque, Rossio, CascaiShopping Kiosk, Colombo Shopping Center Kiosk, and Vasco da Gama Shopping Center Kiosk, and also at authorized ONE retailers in mainland Portugal and the Autonomous Regions. The campaign runs from November 11 to November 30, 2025. Purchases made before or after this period are not eligible for the promotion. Only full returns of all items purchased under this promotion will be accepted. If you wish to exchange one of the paid items, after it has been sent to our facilities or delivered in a ONE store and quality verified, a voucher for the value of the paid item will be issued to be used for a future purchase on our online store. The BUY 2 GET 2 FREE campaign discount is only visible in the first step of the checkout process when the minimum requirements are met in the cart. At the top of the checkout page you will find a text box with a button to APPLY the discount. |

11 - CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN THE RINGS FROM THE 4=2 PROMOTION? According to the campaign terms and conditions, please be advised that the two free rings (lower-priced items) cannot be exchanged or returned. However, you may request a size exchange for the rings you paid for (higher-priced items), subject to stock availability. If the desired size is not available, a voucher corresponding to the value of the item(s) paid for will be issued, which can be used for a future purchase. |
