Black Friday officially marks the beginning of the festive season, with unbeatable discounts across a large selection (or even the entire range) of ONE products.


When does Black Friday take place?
Black Friday always happens on the last Friday of November. In 2025, Black Friday will fall on November 28.


How long does Black Friday last?
Originally, Black Friday lasted only one day, the Friday itself. Today, most brands extend promotions throughout the weekend. That is why it is often referred to as “Black Weekend” or even “Black Month”.

Can I exchange or return items bought on Black Friday?
Yes! All watches and jewellery purchased during the Black Friday campaign can be exchanged or returned, according to the conditions of the promotion and ONE’s policies. From November 1, all purchases made at ONE benefit from an extended exchange period until January 11, 2026. Returns remain available within 30 days of receiving your order. This makes it the perfect time to shop early for Christmas gifts. Please note: only size exchanges will keep the original Black Friday discount. All other exchanges will be subject to the price at the date of exchange.
