2 - I HAVE 3 ITEMS WITH THE '3 = 2' LABEL IN MY CART AND I DON'T SEE THE DISCOUNT. WHY IS THAT? The BUY 2 GET 1 FREE campaign discount is only visible in the first step of the checkout process when the minimum requirements are met in the cart. At the top of the checkout page you will find a text box with a button to ACTIVATE the discount. |
3 - CAN I BUY ITEMS FROM BOTH CAMPAIGNS IN THE SAME ORDER? Yes. It is possible to purchase items from the BUY 2 GET 1 FREE campaign and items covered by the 10% off in the same order. |
4 - CAN I BUY ITEMS ONLINE AND PICK UP IN A STORE? No. For now it is not possible to buy online and collect in one of our three stores but the promotion is extendable to all official ONE stores and partners. |
6 - ARE SHIPPING COSTS INCLUDED IN THE CAMPAIGNS? No. Shipping costs will be charged if the order does not have the minimum value to guarantee free shipping. |

8 - I'M BUYING A GIFT. UNTIL WHEN CAN I EXCHANGE IT? All purchases made between November 1st and December 10th, 2023 have a special exchange period that extends until January 10th, 2024. Other conditions, namely returns, follow the legal period of 30 days. |
