ONE was created 20 years ago by Manuel Bento de Sousa, a young Portuguese entrepreneur who had just launched a trading business, importing a few watches and jewlery brands. Driven by his passion and knowledge of the sector, Manuel built the brand from scratch.

ONE truly democratized and revolutionized the industry in Portugal, becoming the leading player in watches in the country and ranking among the top five in jewelry within its segment.

Since 2023, Manuel has passed the leadership to Ana Rita Frazão. Ana Rita is now the CEO and has been leading the brand in its new wave of international expansion and consolidation in Portugal, where stronger competition arrives every day.

Ana Rita and her team, based in Lisbon and Porto, Portugal, develop 100% in-house designed products. The team is composed of 90% women, allowing the brand to be truly by women, for empowering women.
