Guarantee Conditions
- The guarantee of ONE Watch Company watches is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase and it covers any defective part or workmanship.
- Please go to an authorized ONE Watch Company – point of sale, which will send your watch to change any part, be regulated or repaired, free of charge, restoring it to its perfect working condition.
- If it is not possible to repair your watch, it will be exchanged by a similar one or another of the same value.
- For the guarantee to be valid, it has to be completely filled, stamped by the point of sale and be accompanied by the proof of purchase of the watch.
Exclusions and restrictions to the Warranty
This guarantee is valid only if original parts have been used for servicing. The guarantee lapses if the watch was interventioned by unauthorized personal.
The guarantee is not valid for bracelet, batteries and glasses.
The guarantee does not cover any damages that occur from usual wear, accident, neglect or inappropriate treatment, like, for example, normal wear of bracelet, broken or scratched glass, or broken crown.
We ask for your special attention if your watch has outside stones or crystals. These watches should be treated with the equivalent care of a jewelry piece since a mishandle might cause the stones to dislodge and fall. This warranty doesn’t cover the loss of stones or any damage that might be caused to clothing by the watch. Whenever you have a watch with stones on the outside please keep it away from water, perfume or any other liquids that might interact and discolor the stones, or even jeopardize their hold.
The water resistance of your watch depends on the model and is written in the backcover. Please check the bellow table for the proper use you may put your watch to in each water resistance type.
Please keep in mind that the crown must always be screwed or pushed down to its normal position, for the water resistance to be valid. Never use the pushers or rotating bezel or set the time when your watch is under water or wet.
When the battery of the watch is changed, so must be the rubber/silicone sealing of the backcover otherwise the water resistance might be compromised.
If a watch is interventioned in the warranty period the guarantee will not extend because of it.

We ask you not come directly to our facilities since we don’t have public assistance in it.
